Demetris (unknown – 1191) was a rich merchant, and Cypriot traitor, who allied himself with Armand Bouchart.
He was interrogated by the Assassin Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad in a brothel in Kyrenia, and subsequently killed by Bouchart's agent.
