Where are the paintings?

David Roaming (died November 1888) was one of Jack the Ripper's lieutenants working in Whitechapel, London. In November 1888, Arthur Weaversbrook asked the Assassin Evie Frye to deal with Jack's lieutenants, and she did so effectively.[1]
