The Homestead was an area in Davenport, New York. It held a large manor and a small town, to which the Assassin Connor Kenway could invite people to live at the Homestead and raise income there, through trade and crafting.[1]

The Homestead was considered by some residents as a second chance, who had lost their prior accomodation due to the conflict of the American Revolutionary War.
