Conradus Celtis (February 1, 1459 – February 4, 1508), was a German Renaissance humanist scholar and Neo-Latin poet. The [[Assassins]] found out that Celtis was going to write about the Brotherhood's history. A lot of it was fiction and legends but it had some truth. Ezio sent apprentices to speak to the historian and persuaded him not to publish the material. Celtis was disappointed but became an ally of the assassins.
