The Condottiero War Hammer was a warhammer obtainable during the Italian Renaissance.
History
Monteriggioni
The Assassin Ezio Auditore was first able to obtain this hammer once he had collected 50 feathers for his mother, Maria Auditore da Firenze. When the task was accomplished, his uncle, Mario Auditore, informed him that the weapon was available for purchase at Monteriggioni's blacksmith.
Rome
In Rome, Ezio could purchase the hammer from any blacksmith in the city during the early 16th century.
