Christian was an Assassin active in the 21st century and the lover of another Assassin, the veteran Joseph Laurier.
At some point before September 2015, during a mission for the Brotherhood the lovers were separated. At some point, Christian encountered difficulties, but the leader of the mission, Xavier Chen, kept it from Joseph in order to have Joseph fully focused on their objective, a choice that resulted in the death of Christian.
