The Cave of Potnia Theron was a cave in the Hunted Forest of Artemis on the island Chios, Greece.
Located by the Huntress Village, the cave was inhabited by a lone bear.
During the Peloponnesian War the Spartan misthios Kassandra visited the place.[1]
