Ezio, my friend! How may I be of service? This article has a lot of room for expansion. Please improve it with additional information in accordance with the Manual of Style |

A carbon ingot is a type of nonmetal used in manufacturing armor and weapons.
During the 9th century, the Viking shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan collected carbon ingots in order to upgrade her gear with the help of Ravensthorpe's resident blacksmith, Gunnar.[1]
Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]
Though carbon by itself cannot make an ingot, it is used in making carbon steel, with a concentration varying from 0.05% up to 3.8% by weight.[2]
