The Achilles Heel Seeker was a hunter bow common throughout Egypt during the 1st century BCE.

Its design was said to have been derived from the one wielded by Paris, the legendary prince of Troy, who was said to have killed the Greek hero Achilles by firing at his one vulnerable spot: his heel.[1]
