The Café du Marais was a café and Assassin social club in the Le Marais district of Paris, France.
History
At some point after receiving stewardship over the Café Théâtre in 1791,[1] the French Assassin Arno Dorian renovated the café with ₣5,000 as a social club for the Assassins. After the upgrade, the Assassin Council delivered a series of mission notices there for Arno requesting that he eliminate various local criminals, including the leader of an art thieves group;[2] the Duc de Barrois, who abused power by executing his rivals and confiscating their property;[3] and the leader of some thugs harassing nuns from the Convent of the Daughters of Calvary.[4]
