Durocas was a settlement located east of Aquila in Evresin, Francia.
Around the time of the second Viking siege of Paris, a group of Christian fanatics called the Bellatores Dei arrived in the settlement and convinced its civilians that only death would cleanse them of their sins,[1] leading them to a depressive spiral.[2] By the time Eivor Varinsdottir visited Durocas, there were no remaining living residents.[3]
