The Bane of Brasidas was a personal manifestation of the fallen Spartan warrior Brasidas' hubris in the Mourning Fields, Tartaros.
Biography
In the 420s BCE, in a simulation of Tartaros created by Aletheia, the Spartan misthios Kassandra and her friend Brasidas came upon their challenger, created by Hades. The challenger wore Deimos' armor and started to taunt Brasidas. Facing them, he revealed himself to be the hubris of Brasidas himself and fought Kassandra and Brasidas until he was defeated and vanquished by their combined efforts.[1]
