In my game I might have a mercenary called Mark the Bull who is from Sparta but in your game the exact same mercenary is named James and is from Thebes. Only a couple mercenary are exactly alike across all games either ones that feature in main missions, the weekly mercenaries, or special cases like the False Leonidas. | ||

So the issue with a lot of the mercenaries are that they don't have standardized names or background info instead there's a couple random fill in the blank spots. In my game I might have a mercenary called Mark the Bull who is from Sparta but in your game the exact same mercenary is named James and is from Thebes. Only a couple mercenary are exactly alike across all games either ones that feature in main missions, the weekly mercenaries, or special cases like the False Leonidas.
