Well, fuck...
I made some further research and yes, Desmond having Eve/Lilith's DNA it's impossible. And NOT everyone who descends from Eve has her DNA, it's almost impossible to have it, just like it is almost impossible to have Adam's DNA, so, the one who has Eve's DNA and some more Precursor DNA, will be as special as Desmond.
