Filipino?[edit source]
As a citizen of the Philippines, it's not a speculation that Emmanuel Barraza is Filipino. As Emmanuel is a Filipino variant of Immanuel and Barraza is one of the common surnames in the Philippines. Can it be possible that Emmanuel is born half-Filipino half-American or half-British? Thanks.
Cheers,
