Tarquin was an Anglo-Saxon man who lived in late 9th century Ledecestrescire, England.
At some point, Tarquin became acquainted with Annis, a woman with a taste for roleplaying. To please her, Tarquin would pretend to be a Thegn that would keep her prisoner in a tower. Annis' cries caught the attention of Viking shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir, who fought Tarquin until he yielded and left.[1]
