Silmesnil was a military camp occupied by King Charles III's forces during the second Viking siege of Paris. It was located southeast of Aquila in Evresin, Francia. During Eivor Varinsdottir's time in Francia, she infiltrated the camp and recovered a tungsten ingot from there.[1]
