The Arena Fighter's Gauntlets was a pair bracers that was part of a set of armor worn by the best fighters at the Pephka Arena in Krete.
During the Peloponnesian War, the bracers was obtained by the misthios Kassandra after beating the reigning champion Klaudios.[1]

The Arena Fighter's Gauntlets, an armor piece in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, are erroneously referred to as gauntlets, when they are in fact bracers.
