The Sanctuary of Isthmia was a sanctuary located west of Korinth in Korinthia, Greece. In classical antiquity, it was known for its temple dedicated to the god Poseidon, who served as one of the protectors of Korinthia.
During the Peloponnesian War the sanctuary was visited by the Spartan misthios Kassandra[1]
