Phedrea Camp

Phedrea Camp was a Daughters of Artemis campsite north of Athens in Attika, Greece.

During the Peloponnesian War, the misthios Kassandra visited the camp, freeing the captives, killing the huntresses and looting their valuables.[1]

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • The name of the camp likely references Phaidra, the second wife of Theseus, whose name has been transliterated occasionally as Phedrea.
