Order Soldier's Axe

The Order Soldier's Axe was a battleaxe found in 5th century BCE Greece. It was used by the infantry of the Order of the Ancients.

During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra obtained one such axe after being given a note inviting her to meet an Ancient.[1]

Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]
