Olympic Sandals

The Olympic Sandals were sandals used by athletes, especially at the Olympic Games in the the 5th century BCE Greece.

During the 428 BCE Olympics, the Spartan misthios Kassandra received the sandals from Maia as a reward for helping her.[1]
