Nestor's Eye was a simple eyepatch which belonged to Nestor the Great, a mercenary who was active in the 5th century BCE Greece.
During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra received the Eye, among other rewards, after she defeated Nestor for a bounty.[1]

Nestor's Eye, a piece of gear in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, shares the same model as the commonly found Eye Patch, another piece of gear in the same game.
