The Lover's Bay was the easternmost region of the island of Lesbos, Greece. The main settlement in the area was Mytilene.

During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra explored the area when she was asked by a Lesbian nurse to help recover her drugs.[1]
