The Los Hijos Del Leon (English: Sons of the Lion) was a mercenary group which operated in Spain during the Renaissance.

Led and founded by Domingo de la Torre, the group served as bodyguards to many Spanish nobles and fought in numerous battles during the Reconquista, forming a reputation across the Iberian Peninsula over 20 years.[1]

However, the war claimed many of Domingo's companions, which led him to eventually disband the group after 25 years, leaving him filled with regrets.[1]
