Kurda was a dwarven stablemaster who lived in Gullnámar, Svartálfaheimr.

Kurda was married, but she caught her husband cheating with another woman. Despite her resentment of him, when the Muspels invaded, she and her husband escaped together to Jordber Shelter. At some point, she met with the Æsir lord Havi during his mission to save Baldr.[1]
