The Huldufólk are a race of mystical beings from Icelandic folklore related to elves whose name meant "hidden people".

In 2020, a number of Animus mods with a huldufólk theme were made available to Layla Hassan for her Animus session reliving the life of the viking raider Eivor.[1]
