Dalian (大连) is a port city in northeastern China.

In 2015, after Bishop requested help to locate Álvaro Gramática's lab, Assassin Kiyoshi Takakura went to Dalian hoping to find a trail to Gramática, knowing that Abstergo Industries exported a lot of its products and technology from Dalian to other Asian markets.[1]
