The Crown of the Sphinx was a headpiece that was part of a set of armor inspired by the Sphinx of the Greek mythology.
During the Peloponnesian War, the headpiece was made available to the Spartan misthios Kassandra through an Animus modification by Layla Hassan, an Assassin who relived her memories.[1]
