Competition Bow

The Competition Bow was a type of bow in ancient Greece. Designed specifically for archery tournaments, this bow still did its duty as a weapon along with the rest in combat as well.

During the 428 BCE Olympic Games, one of these bows ended up in the hands of the Spartan misthios Kassandra while she accompanied Barnabas on a tour around Olympia.[1]
