The Chiesa della Madonna dell'Orto is a church located in the Cannaregio district of Venice.
History[edit | edit source]
The church was erected by the Humiliati in the 14th century and was initially dedicated to Saint Christopher. It was later renamed when a statue of the Virgin Mary was found in a nearby orchard. The facade was added in 1464.[1]
