The Captain walks up to his target, unsheathing his rapier as he approaches them. He then uses his sword to slice the legs of his victim, before slashing them towards the cheek. To finish his target off, he takes a step backwards and crouches slightly in a fencing stance, before stabbing his rapier all the way through his target's heart and piercing it. While the Captain removes his rapier and spins it around to remove the blood, standing normally once more, his target's body collapses backwards as he conceals his sword by sheathing it away.

The Captain runs up to his target from behind and pushes them onto their knees, before holding them down and pulling out his rapier. He then shoves the blade of his weapon down into the crevice of his victim's neck, piercing internal organs along the way. Now sure of his target's death, the Captain pulls his rapier out and sheathes it, letting their dead body fall forward to the ground.

The Captain walks up to his seated target and draws his rapier from his sheath, before knocking their head back with the hilt as he slashes them across the torso. With his victim slightly dazed, the Captain takes a hold of their shoulder and forcefully stabs his sword upwards through their chest. Impaling his target half way to the blade's hilt, where the point of the blade can be seen visible out of their back, he violently withdraws his sword from their body and stores it back into its scabbard. From there, his target's head slumps forward before their dead body falls from the bench.

==Trivia==
*His surname "Mancini" derives from the word "manco" which is Italian for "left-handed".
*The armor given to him by Fiora can be purchased in ''[[Assassin's Creed: Project Legacy]]''. It is called the Decorative Armor, and its description shares that it is not made for comfort.
*He shares his Bench Kill and Aerial Kill with the Marquis, as both of them use fencing swords as weapons.
*The Captain was previously known as The Soldier.
*Despite having both a rapier and a parrying dagger, the Captain only uses his rapier in the multiplayer.
*Ezio has used moves which are similar in appearance to the Captain's '''''Slice and Dice''''' and '''''The Impaler'''''.
*The Captain's move '''''Fatal Flourish''''' is visually similar to his other move '''''Slice and Dice''''', though they differ as he never stabs his target while performing it.
