The Café de Paris was a nightclub in London, situated in the West End beside Leicester Square.
In 1927, the nightclub was visited by the Templar Grand Master Thaddeus Gift to meet with his associate Whitwell in regards to his debts owed to the Order. After receiving a sign that he was being hunted by the Black Cross, Thaddeus hurriedly exited the nightclub and called for his bodyguard to contact his driver Danvers.[1]
