Iseji Trails was a sub-region in Kii, Japan, situated north of Kumano Sanzan.[1]

Despite losing their notes and belongings, Eamon and Nirmala continued and ventured west into Kii for their mission of finding The Observatory.[2] However, Yang had unwittingly informed the Kakushiba ikki members Fujibayashi Naoe and Yasuke,[3] who began to track down Eamon[4] and Nirmala upon their separate meetings in Yuasa.[3]
