Battista Borgia (died 1500) was a high ranking Borgia guard in Rome and Captain of one of the four Borgia towers that ruled over the Campagna District.

In 1500, the Borgia attacked the Casa di Alviano. Bartolomeo d'Alviano and his men faced the Borgia guards; Battista himself fled the field but was pursued by Ezio Auditore da Firenze, who killed Battista before he could take refuge in his tower. Subsequently, the surrounding region was freed from Borgia oppression.
