Barletta is a city in Italy.
History[edit | edit source]
In 1503, French Templar Charles de la Motte called for a tournament between Italian and French knights, in hopes of proving that his countrymen were superior. Italian Assassin Ezio Auditore sent three Assassins to weaken the French before the tournament began, believing that it would hurt Cesare Borgia's relationship with France. The three Assassins lightly poisoned the enemy's supplies, and the Italians trounced their French challengers.[1]
