I could see an AC game being set in Ancient Greece or Imperial Rome; but as a prequel. I agree with Nanomat that the parkour in Rome would be amazing to experience (and see, too!), but I also think that Ubisoft can have a lot of fun with picking the right emperor to build Imperial Rome around, especially if they set their sights on Caligula or Nero.
