Ho Chi Minh City, commonly known as Saigon, is a city in Vietnam. During the Vietnam War, it served as the capital of Southern Vietnam (officially the State of Vietnam).

On 2 November 1963, the Assassin Boris Pash arrived in Saigon, having manipulated the CIA into staging a coup against the Templar-backed President of South Vietnam, Ngô Đình Diệm, unknowingly provoking a domino effect in the region.[1]
