Lewin Homestead

Lewin Homestead was an Anglo-Saxon farm build along the River Severn in the northwestern part of the region, just south of the Severn Outpost. It consisted of a single building with two grain fields.

In the 9th century, it was raided multiple times by Viking shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan, Vagn, and their raiding crew on his longship.[1]
