While awaiting her brother's return from his mission to assassinate the Templar Juan Borgia the Elder, Claudia Auditore was attacked by Borgia guards at the Rosa in Fiore. Her attackers had tailed a group of courtesans back to the brothel after they had stolen a chest of money from Juan's celebration.
