Mel, Mel, Mel...
It's a good thing we're friends or I might be offended. Let me refresh your memory. The attached screen is what my guys produced. It's clean. It's perfection.
Also, haha: you signed off on it. Remember? :) And I think the testers would have noticed a glitch like that. Lol. Someone needs a vacation...
Whatever this is, it happened after we went gold, so if you're looking for a scapegoat to hang, check with your buddies in publishing.
PS- Drinks later? Terasse weather is over but that doesn't mean we can't *try*. We're tough! Rawr! Arrrr! :o)

Hi Kristina,
How are you? How was Costa Rica? Amazing? You have to tell me about it!!!
So, there's just one I need help with. See the screenshot attached? What do you think is going on there with all the distortion? We've checked our files and they're all clean. (Actually, I blamed JF and I think he hates me now. :-( )
Please, please, please tell me we can still fix this.
I don't want to alarm you, but I looked at the whole vid and egads, WHAT IS THAT SCREEN AT THE END? Is that a FACE? It is, isn't it? It's a face. But what is it doing there?
Costa Rica was great. And relaxing. But I'm already too stressed out to remember that! Look at that face! I can't decide if it's beautiful or terrifying. We definitely didn't put it there.
Who can we get to exorcise this piece of insanity? Know any priests?
I vote terrifying. No, hot. No, definitely scary. I can't decide. Is this why I'm still single?
May I make a suggestion? Send it to [[Philipa Tran|Phil]] in security. She loves this kind of thing.
P.S: I could never hate you Mel. (Seriously, both of you: drinks soon?)
I fear JF has oversold my sleuthing abilities. As far as I know, we don't have any phenomenon capable of causing this distortion pattern. (Or a face. You're sure this isn't a prank? Right JF???) It looks like electromagnetic radiation interference, like from a giant magnet... that can draw.
The video is already public, yes? Mind if I show it to some [[Erudito|friends on the outside]]? They might have ideas.
This article is about the first issue of Titan Comics' Assassin's Creed. You may be looking for the first comic published by Les Deux Royaumes.
Assassin's Creed #001 is the first issue of Assassin's Creed, published 14 October 2015 by Titan Comics. This comic marked the start of the series' first storyline, Trial by Fire. This issue along with others in the storyline were later collected in Assassin's Creed Volume 1: Trial by Fire.
Charlotte de la Cruz is over-educated and underemployed, wasting her time in a dead-end job in San Diego, and spending her free time chasing down conspiracy theories on the dark side of the internet.
When a real-life conspiracy crashes into her life, she's pulled into the orbit of the Assassins, a mysterious organisation of principled killers with roots stretching back thousands of years - and users of the stolen Animus technology, which allows them to experience the memories of their ancestors as if they were there!
Charlotte has a secret in her blood... the genetic memory of an ancestor who was in Salem at the time of the infamous witch trials: Tom Stoddard, an Assassin who witnessed a dark act with repercussions for the present day!
As Charlotte is trained in the Assassins' art, and as she begins to investigate the life of her ancestor... the forces of the Templar Order move against her. Will Charlotte learn the skills she needs to survive, and the truth she needs to prove her worth - before the Templars silence her forever?![1]
2015: San Diego. Charlotte de la Cruz is playing this memory on her Helix, while chatting to another player. He invites her to meet, but she is creeped out that he knows that she lives in San Diego. She heads to a job application for the charity World Share, which ends with her storming off when she instinctively realizes her interviewer will probably give the position to her own daughter.
Back behind her desk at Malta Banking Corporation, Charlotte transfers ten thousand dollars to Ms. Morehead so she can pay for her daughter's healthcare. Charlotte instantly regrets her decision, realizing she will be fired. Returning home dejected, she is shocked to see Xavier Chen and Galina Voronina standing in her apartment. However, when they introduce themselves as being from the "Brotherhood", she rejoices, explaining she knows about them after trawling conspiracy websites.
Charlotte's attacker killed by a throwing knife
Just as she declares she will join them, a group of Templars knock at her door. Assuming they have come about the money transfer, she opens her door, enabling them to barge through. A thug grabs Charlotte, but Galina rescues her by throwing a knife through his head. She then jumps off the apartment balcony onto the next building, urging Charlotte to follow. After hesitating, Charlotte jumps...
...and wakes up greeted by a seagull. Xavier and Galina greet her, having taken her to their cell's hideout in the Salton Sea. They introduce her to their technician Kody, who was the one who found her online, and the Animus.
They explain an Assassin named Joseph, whom they believed dead, reemerged at the Templars' headquarters, promising to reveal the location of an object they want. Joseph messaged them, explaining that it was a ruse to draw out a top Templar in San Diego. They need Charlotte to relive her ancestor's memories to verify what Joseph told the Templars: that the object was hidden in Salem during the witch trials.
1692: Salem Village. Charlotte is reliving the memories of Tom Stoddard, who arrives to witness the hanging of Bridget Bishop. Stoddard walks away despite the injustice, and Charlotte's attempt to intervene causes her to desynchronize. As she pukes onto the floor, Xavier and Galina argue, as the latter has decided Joseph is a traitor. Charlotte declares she is going back in.
I'd argue this one depends on the title and all variations are fine, though should take into account the term that appears in text.
Cult of Kosmos
No changes.
Templars/Order of the Ancients
Same argument as the "Assassins" category above, though I'm unsure about "Templar puppets" from Discovery.
Homestead Residents/Ravensthorpe Residents
No changes on the former, though deleting "Historical" implicitly calls for the creation of the latter.
Vikings/"Norse/Danes"
Must be standardized into one or the other. And moved after the previous categories, should the "Assassins" take precedent.
Anglo-Saxons
No changes.
House of Auditore
Move section.
Cypriot Resistance
No changes.
Hermeticists
No changes.
Phylakes
No changes.
Gladiators
No changes.
Lost Drengir
No changes.
Isu
No changes, bar inclusion in previous navboxes.
Mythical Beings/Olympos Project
While I believe "Olympos Project" should stay as is, the others should standardize into "Mythical Beings".
Instruments
No changes.
Rooks
No changes.
Mercenaries
No changes.
Love interests
No changes, bar inclusion in Valhalla navbox.
Others
No changes.
Animi Avatars
Standardize to Animi Avatars
Vessels
Move Freedom Cry's section here.
Factions
Rename it to "Factions" only.
Locations
No changes.
Events
No changes.
Terms and concepts
At the very least rename Cycle 1's "Terms" to "Terms and concepts". I'd also change it all to "Terms and concepts" rather than keeping both names (Terms and gameplay/Terms and concepts).
Weapons and tools
Although it is less used, it is the most complete category of the two.
Collectibles
Either remove it from Liberation or add it to the others. I suggest the latter, though I'd rename it to "Collections" to standardize the term.
DLC/Expansion packs/Helix Rift Events
This is fine as is because although they function the same (i.e. more content), they differ in small ways, for example you can't have downloadable content for a boardgame, nor is a helix rift event downloaded.
