A '''voltaic bomb''' was an [[bomb|explosive device]] meant for incapacitating people invented by [[Alexander Graham Bell]] for [[Jacob Frye|Jacob]] and [[Evie Frye]].

==History==
In 1868, after being regularly accosted by thugs sent by [[Crawford Starrick]], Bell decided to create something to stun an assailant in case they got too insistent. He eventually came up with three formulas, one of which he assumed must work. When presenting his invention to the Frye twins, they saw a couple of Blighters approaching Bell's laboratory and he decided that it would be the perfect way of testing which formula worked and which did not. He gifted the Assassins voltaic-resistant soles and they went to the roof, where they could wasily throw the bombs down on the Blighters.
