In 1582, ''daikan'' [[Okudaira Toshizo]] used his position to abuse the people of Ōmizo by forcibly confiscating their resources for his own personal gain and his alliance with the [[Shinbakufu]]. The [[Japanese Brotherhood of Assassins|Kakushiba ''ikki'']] members [[Fujibayashi Naoe]] and [[Yasuke]] soon tracked down Toshizo from their information from Lady [[Oichi]]'s bodyguard [[Tominaga|Kuma]].
