The Roi des Thunes took his pistol and used his corpse to lure the Assassin [[Arno Dorian]] who went to assassinate him. Arno killed the Roi des Thunes and reclaimed Brasseur's pistol. The Assassin gave it back to Beylier, but the [[Master Assassin]] authorized Arno to carry it to honor the memory of his late apprentice.
