The '''Crusader Helm''' was a [[helmet]] that once belonged to [[Black Cross]] [[Eamon Hathaway]]. In the early 1580s,  Eamon and fellow Black Cross [[Nirmala]] arrived in [[Japan]], ostensively to hunt down [[Fujibayashi Naoe]] and [[Yasuke]] though both Templars were more interested in following leads on an [[Isu]] [[Wakasa Temple|location]] they believed to be the [[Observatory (Isu)|Observatory]].<ref>''[[Assassin's Creed: Shadows]] – [[Featured Events]]'' – [[A Disturbance in Kii]]</ref> After a confrontation between the two pairs that left Yasuke near death and the Black Crosses with the [[Isu beacon|key]] to the vault,<ref>''[[Assassin's Creed: Shadows]] – [[Featured Events]]'' – [[Double-Crossed]]</ref> Naoe tracked them down to the cave at [[Wakasa]]. There, she fought against Nirmala and Eamon until a surprise appearance by Yasuke allowed her to assassinate Nirmala with her Hidden Blade, after which Eamon donned the helm in combat.
