==Biography==
In 1582, Hiromichi had built a reputation as one of the most wealthiest and resourceful merchants in Harima. Although he had a working relationship with the [[Bessho clan]] retainer [[Bessho Harumasa]],<ref name="DB">''[[Assassin's Creed: Shadows]]'' – [[Database: Hiromichi]]</ref> he had grown disdain for Harumasa's speeches. As a response, Hiromichi was later going to be replaced in exchange for a more faithful commander in [[Takasago]].<ref name="Of My Enemy">''[[Assassin's Creed: Shadows]]'' – [[Of My Enemy]]</ref>

When the [[Japanese Brotherhood of Assassins|Kakushiba ''ikki'']] members [[Fujibayashi Naoe]] and [[Yasuke]] arrived and met with Hiromichi, the merchant offered his help to smuggle Naoe into [[Miki Castle]]. He only asked for them to eliminate Harumasa's men at [[Takasago Shrine]] in order to remain in business. Naoe and Yasuke then completed the task and received Hiromichi's help in sneaking Naoe into the castle.<ref name="Of My Enemy"/>
