The Sword Hunter's Prize was an ōdachi that Yasuke obtained in 1582. That year, Yasuke and fellow Kakushiba ikki member Fujibayashi Naoe were tasked by Lady Oichi's bodyguard Kuma with dealing a group of corrupt officials. The pair tracked down one of them, Gamo Morinari, to Nomura Village in Ōmi, where they assassinated him, ending his extortion scheme, and retrieving the sword from his personal effects.[1]
