If it was just a simple cross-over or a Link costume (like in Soul Calibur II) then there would be a tiny chance for such a project. But a complete game with a Hyrule setting and characters from the Zelda games? I don't see this happening.

Believe it or not but assassinating another human being (read: cold murder) is still a mature theme and the Zelda games are almost exlusivly about simple stories where the hero has to save the day (and the princess) by defeating countless monsters (not humans) and the final boss at the end. No morally questionable decisions, no ambiguity, no self-reflection, the hero is always doing the right thing, because he is the chosen one.

This is not Assassin's Creed but this is what Nintendo wants for their Zelda franchise, because it's simple and for the whole family.
