So to me it felt same with Origins not being proper AC game, really hate that switch to "Action RPG" because of combat (i am now really afraid of God of War 2018, knowing that it have similar controls as Origins and i have now just finished that so i am afraid of being fed up with controlls) and now knowing that we would have it there for more AC x games. But regardless finished game on truth 100% base game + both DLC = 109h playtime.
About next AC being in development since 2017, i dont belive it, it is too late, every team got a year longer period by not releasing new main game in 2016. And Unity team is working on game since 2015 as confirmed by Ubi themself at GDC with "10 years of assassins creed" presentation. ( https://ubistatic19-a.akamaihd.net/marketingresource/en-us/images/teams_321292.jpg ) So i think we will see it released this fall.
I just want more MD in games, that is why i liked most Brotherhood and II (Ezio parts were also best), I miss Desmond, Origins felt like missed oportunity with Layla nothing much happen, hope that now after she has been recruited to Assassins it will get better in upcoming games.
