Does anyone mind if I ask a random question here?

Ok, so today I decided to unlink my Xbox 360 from my old Uplay account. After this was done, I linked it to my current account. This was so that Initiates would register all my data because I made it for that account. I have enountered a few problems though. For all the AC games I have on my Xbox (1-3), it fails to recognise that I have completed Uplay actions. I believe I have all the points, but it doesn't acknowledge all of them as complete. For AC3, it has all of them ticked except "Mystery Guest" (for completing sequence 1 & 2). It's not a major issue though, as I haven't lost any of my old rewards from my old account & have gained around 300 uplay points, but it still annoys me. I have heard though that it only updates after a certain time, so I was just wondering if you guys had any suggestions?

Also, on Initiates, it has failed to update my xp for the 100% completion of all the games (except for 2 because I need the DLC to get 100%). And for Brotherhood, even though it says 100% complete, it still says that the story is incomplete. Anybody had this problem? I'm assuming it's because it's in beta or whatever, so I'm not too bothered, but it's still annoying. By the way, I've also heard that this could fix with some play time on the games (only for the story completion that is, not the xp problem).

Any help?
